Mecanoo, een dynamisch en internationaal opererend architectenbureau, is op zoek naar een Hoofd Financiën om het Mecanoo team te versterken. Het bureau staat bekend om zijn creativiteit, innovatie en hoogwaardige projecten. Het Hoofd Financiën werkt nauw samen met de dagelijkse directie en is verantwoordelijk voor toezicht op het financiële management van het bureau.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Teamleiderschap & Motivatie: Leidinggeven aan afdeling financiën (1,7fte) en werken met en het motiveren van een creatief en hooggeschoold team van 130 medewerkers, het bevorderen van een cultuur van samenwerking;

• Operationele Verantwoordelijkheid: Zorgen voor de financiële kwaliteit van de bedrijfsvoering;

• Financieel Beheer: Beheren van de financiële prestaties van projecten, inclusief rapportages en analyses, en het implementeren van processen om de efficiëntie te verbeteren;

• Contractmanagement: Het opstellen van contracten, beoordelen van de juridische consequenties en het voeren van gesprekken (intern en extern) over contracten van projecten in binnen- en buitenland.

Ideaal profiel:

• Proactief en hands-on;

• Communicatie: Uitstekende communicatie- en sociale vaardigheden. Het is belangrijk om op een respectvolle en professionele manier met alle medewerkers te kunnen omgaan;

• Ervaring: 4 - 6 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, met verantwoordelijkheid voor het financiële beheer van nationale en internationale projecten. Ervaring in de architectuursector of verwante vakgebieden is een pré;

• Taalvaardigheden: Vloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands;

• Flexibiliteit & Stressbestendigheid: In staat om te gedijen in een dynamische, stressvolle omgeving;

• Opleidingsniveau: hbo of universitair in financieel /economische richting;

• Tijd: Uren werkweek in overleg.

Mecanoo is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Bouwkundige met een passie voor de technische kant van het ontwerpproces. Met een sterk gevoel voor esthetiek en integraal ontwerp geef jij vorm aan de technische ontwikkeling van onze projecten. Je werkt samen in een team van getalenteerde, betrokken, enthousiaste architecten en bouwkundigen. Gedurende het proces heb je aandacht voor het ontwerp, het programma, de bouwregelgeving en de bouwtechniek.

Jouw rol:  

• Je werkt aan uitdagende nationale en/of internationale projecten; 
• Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team, speciaal samengesteld per project; 
• Je werkt aan de technische ontwikkeling van verschillende projecten in alle ontwerpfasen; 
• Je coördineert en verwerkt informatie van interne disciplines; 
• Vanuit deze rol kun je je verder ontwikkelen tot BIM-coördinator of bouwkundig projectleider. We ondersteunen je graag in je ambities.

Vereisten:

• Bachelor of Master in Bouwkunde of Built Environment; 
• Ervaring met Revit en andere BIM gerelateerde software;
• Goede Nederlandse en Engelse taalbeheersing;
• Oog voor detail;
• Kennis van Nederlandse regelgeving in de bouw; 
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Requirements:

• This position requires that you speak and write fluent English and/or Dutch;
• Master's degree in Architecture;
• A couple of years of relevant international experience as an architect;
• At least 5 years of relevant international experience as an architect, including project management experience;
• Knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations (BbL);
• You can coordinate projects and work with complex assignments;
• Skilled with drawing and illustration software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
• Experience with 3D modeling programs such as Revit and knowledge of BIM;
• Willingness to move to the Netherlands, if you don't live there yet.
