Saturday, May 10th, under the theme The Making Of ... was held in the Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam, the fourth edition of the Architectenbal.
Francine Houben of Mecanoo - winner of the 2013 Golden AAP (Amsterdam University College) - announced the winner of the 2014 Golden AAP: Cruz y Ortiz and RGD with the Rijksmuseum.
Architectenbal is an initiative of the BNA, which organises the ball with Arcam (Amsterdam Centre for Architecture). The idea to organize an annual ball was inspired by the annual Beaux Arts Ball in New York by The Architectural League of New York.
