We are incredibly proud to announce that, after 2.5 years of hard work, we have received unanimous approval from the LLDC Planning Committee for our London project, IQLN!
Over the past 20 years, Stratford has evolved tremendously. The main driver behind this transformation was the 2012 Olympic Games. Central to the changes made for the Olympics was the creation of a lasting legacy, which aimed to provide a high-quality living environment for future generations.
The International Quarter London North (IQLN) development builds on the Olympic legacy and will transform Stratford Town Centre. Praised for its high-quality and distinctive design, it will introduce world-class public spaces, community areas, flexible commercial spaces, and workspaces across six new buildings, some reaching heights of up to 32 storeys. The project also includes approximately 672 new homes, with truly affordable, policy-compliant housing, as well as accommodation for 909 students (42.5% of which will be affordable).
Together with Hadley Property Group, our plans evolved through an extensive and continuous community engagement process, including three public consultation events, a co-design programme, and ongoing informal conversations facilitated by our meanwhile partners. This provided us with valuable insights into local needs and aspirations.
This achievement has been a long journey, and we couldn’t have reached this milestone without the relentless dedication and energy of everyone involved.
