We are proud to announce that the municipality of Amsterdam has selected the SunSet plan for the development of Lot 1A2 in the Sluisbuurt. Sunset is a residential development where sunlight and daylight take centre stage – not only in the architecture, but also in the floor plans, material choices, energy strategy, and landscape design.
The idea for SunSet was born during a boat trip past the site. It wasn’t just the movement of the sun that captured our attention, but also the breathtaking panoramic view of the city. It was there that the concept emerged – a place where living, light, and outlook converge. Form follows sun: from concept to detail, Sunset was designed with the sun as our guiding principle.
